One of the greatest things about living in Las Vegas is that we have so many restaurants to try; however, as much as we'd like to attempt it, it's basically impossible to try every restaurant in this city during your lifetime. On the other hand, having so many restaurants can be overwhelming at times because for one, trying to find the best ramen shop in this city is rather difficult since there are so many to choose from. Recently, on 14 Aug 2024, my family and I visited Moko Ramen for the first time after finding this via Google search. As with all new ramen restaurants I've experienced in this city and in my lifetime, it's always a mystery on what would separate that business from everyone else with respect to ramen shops. But this restaurant has accomplished this and we were thoroughly pleased with our first (but certainly not our only) visit...and here's why:
First, the service was outstanding! We had the privilege of meeting the owner of the restaurant since she was the one who happened to serve us that evening. Needless to say, we experienced a wonderful conversation with her and she did an amazing job in explaining the menu items to us. We've never had the opportunity to get to know the owner of a ramen shop so it was a unique and enjoyable experience. The service from the entire restaurant staff was extraordinary because the food was prepared fast and efficiently, which leads me to my other (and main) reason why this ramen shop was (and is) different from others in a positive way.
The food quality was unprecedented! We ordered the Beef Gyoza for our appetizer; Chicken Katsu Curry Plate, Black Garlic Ramen, Yuzu Shio Ramen, and Create Your Own Ramen (w/Miso Broth, Pork Chashu, Chili Paste, Egg, Garlic Chips, Kikurage, Nori, and Spinach); and Cappuccino and Green Tea Macarons. The gyoza was cooked to perfection as we gobbled that down really quick. The Chicken Katsu was fresh and absolute; the curry flavor was impeccable. My family loved their ramen and I thoroughly enjoyed my Miso Ramen. The broth in each ramen was remarkable and flawlessly seasoned. I know people may disagree with me, but this place has THE best pork chashu I have ever eaten at a ramen shop. I am a huge fan of grilled meats so the grill marks, along with the natural grill flavor complimented our ramen that evening which had us talking about it even after that visit. The Macarons were superb; I always enjoy the Cappuccino-flavored one. The one, minor negative thing for me would be the lack of bean sprouts at this restaurant. I know the majority of people may not be fans of it, but I love having a bunch of fresh (not canned) bean sprouts in my ramen. Otherwise, the options they provided were splendid!
The prices at this restaurant were very reasonable and I highly respect the business owner(s) for their continued support to the active men and women of the Armed Forces, including its Veterans - thank you for that! The only potential drawback to this restaurant is that it may appear to be inconvenient to visitors staying either downtown or on the strip, but rest assured, it isn't difficult at all to get to - it is 100% worth the drive/rideshare! I highly recommend this restaurant to all locals and visitors. I will be shocked if anyone leaves this restaurant...
Read moreOh my goodness, where do I even begin with Moko Ramen Bar in Las Vegas?! This place is an absolute GEM, and I’m giving it a well-deserved 5 stars without a second thought! My group of five rolled in, and let me tell you, we were BLOWN AWAY by the experience from start to finish. Every single one of us left with our hearts full, our bellies stuffed, and our taste buds singing praises louder than a Vegas showgirl on opening night!
The ramen? Out of this WORLD! The broth was so rich and flavorful, it felt like a warm hug in a bowl—pure magic in every slurp! The noodles were perfectly chewy, and the toppings were so fresh, I’m pretty sure they were plucked straight from some ramen god’s garden. Each of us tried a different bowl, and we were all obsessed—there wasn’t a single bite that didn’t leave us in awe. I’m talking food so good, we were practically crying tears of joy into our bowls!
But let’s talk about the real star of the show: our hostess/server. She was an absolute ANGEL sent from above! I’ve never met someone so kind, attentive, and genuinely warm—she made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant, even though the place was buzzing with energy. She greeted us with the biggest smile, made sure we had everything we needed, and even gave us some amazing recommendations that took our meal to the next level. She checked on us with such care, refilled our drinks before we even had to ask, and just radiated the kind of positivity that makes you want to come back every single day. She deserves a raise, a crown, and maybe even her own Vegas show—she’s THAT incredible!
Moko Ramen Bar isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a life-changing experience that I’ll be dreaming about for years. If you’re in Vegas, do yourself a favor and RUN—don’t walk—to this heavenly spot. You’ll leave with a full stomach, a happy heart, and a new appreciation for what ramen can be. 10/10, 5 stars, all the gold stars in the galaxy—Moko Ramen Bar, you’ve...

They requested me to either come and order or pick up the funds, I opted to order and the food was very delicious. I ordered the Veggie Croquettes, Gyoza and the Black Garlic Ramen and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with all of the items that I ordered. They even threw in a bottle of Creamy Soda on the house that I insisted that I pay for. I am very appreciative that they reached out to me to correct the issue, and the two ladies in the restaurant were very genuine and kind. Thank you ladies once again and you have definitely become one of my favorites!! You will be seeing me again!
There are some really great reviews about this place, unfortunately I didn’t have such a great experience. So I ordered for pick-up and boy I wish I hadn’t, on the way to pick up my order I started having car issues as I waited for AAA I contacted the restaurant to let them know I am unable to pick up my order and that I need to cancel. The female explains to me that they can’t cancel/refund the $40 that I was charged and that I could only cancel online. Okay fine I apologize for the inconvenience and proceed online to cancel the order, however when I get onto the website there is no way to cancel or refund my order and on top of that they said that my order was picked up. I will never deal with this establishment due to dishonesty and just how difficult it is to get my $40 refund for items/goods that I had not received. Please watch this business when ordering online, I would...
