UPDATE: We are now at 4 months since we initially ordered our furniture. It was finally delivered at the 8-9 week mark, with the wrong Ottoman (we ordered it to match the couches, it was in a fabric/pattern to match the throw pillows). We made them aware, and they placed an order for the correct Ottoman and were told they would update us when they knew more, and that we could keep the incorrect Ottoman until they got the correct one in to exchange it. They ended up not being able to rush the order with the manufacturer, which I understand. I called this week (just under 8 weeks since they ordered the replacement), and was told the ottoman was on the truck on its way to their warehouse. So, we should finally have our final, correct order at around the 17 week mark. Will give a final update when we actually receive the Ottoman. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Staff and sales people have been polite and tried to be helpful, but the process if getting living room furniture has left alot to be desired.
We ordered our living room furniture 6.5 weeks ago, and were told that we would have it in 4-6 weeks. At about 5 weeks, I called and asked about our order and was told it would be there in the middle of the 6th week. That time came and went, and I stopped by the store in LaSalle. Come to find out, my complete order would not be in any sooner than 7 weeks at best, although they did offer to deliver part of my order this week since we have been without living room furniture for 2 weeks now. I was told I would receive a call to set up a time for the delivery, and I ended up having to call them.
The order taking longer than I was told was annoying, but I understand that things happen. The part that has been extremely frustrating has been the lack of communication and the fact that I have had to initiate the communication to get updates and get things done.
I will not be buying...
Read moreI bought a recliner and a reclining sofa set less than 2 years ago. I am a single person living by myself in my home and I weigh 160 lb. The recliner started getting a little hard a few months ago so I moved my favorite seat to the couch which is now also completely flattened. Literally a couple inches lower then the seat next to it. I'm not even finished paying on these apparently if their service guy comes out here and something needs to be repaired I would have to pay for it. Apparently $1600 doesn't guarantee that you will have a couch that works for more than 2 years, and you have to purchase a warranty separately. I do not remember being told anything about this at the time of purchase
A quick Google search will also teach you that a low-quality couch should maintain its firmness for 3 to 5 years. So this is apparently lower than low Quality Furniture. It can't even stand a single person rotating seats to try to reduce wear. Apparently their Furniture is over priced junk. Junk that you'll still be making payments for even after it stops working. I've had used couches I've gotten from Facebook Marketplace that lasted longer.
The only reason I didn't put one star is because at least the people were nice to talk to. Even though they won't do anything without more money that i don't have.
I'll never purchase from Turks again

Read moreMy husband and I recently bought our Sealy Tempu-Pedic Pro Adapt Mattress and Ease Adjustable Base from LaSalle Turk Furniture. Our salesperson, Sue was very knowledgeable and helpful in showing us the different brand bed options and assisting us in making our decision. We so appreciated her listening to our needs and allowing us to spend time checking the different mattresses for comfort. We chose our mattress and base on a Sunday and Sue was able to locate pieces so that all was delivered and set up four days later. Our delivery men were great. Nathaniel was very helpful in suggesting the best base height for our needs. We are very happy with...
