One of the best parks I've ever had the pleasure of going to. Place has it all. Work out equipment that's fun for adults and kids alike. Basketball courts, baseball field,a really great splash pad for adults and kids alike to enjoy on a hot day. Plenty of bench and a couple of tables under a roof and shade. Plenty of grass, plus a special needs swing that all the kids seem to enjoy. Instead of sand or bark,it's got that plyable soft sponge. Plus not to mention the endless amount of ice cream/food trucks that keep coming to this place at all hours non-stop. I was there for 5 hours. There was always a rotating supply of ice cream/food trucks. If I have to knock something, it would be the lack of shade. And the equipment tends to get real hot on those sweaty days. If they had built a cover for the slides and monkey bars, then the equipment wouldn't of been so hot. Great park. Your doing yourself and your family a disservice if you don't visit. Bring cash for the trucks.

Perfect place for a hot day! This is a Tuesday at noon and there is about a dozen kids out so it makes it very enjoyable for little ones to run around. A couple things to keep in mind, the slides get very very hot sitting in the sun all day and the water area is very slippery for bare feet. I definitely recommend your kids wearing water shoes of some sort. I have seen plenty of kids slip very hard on the concrete. It can get pretty busy here so bring your foldy chairs and share some shade with a neighbor under a tree. The bathrooms are pretty decent for park bathrooms. The fields are maintained well and very big to run around in. Overall it’s a great place to spend time with the family

We love the splash pad. They turn it on during hot days, and it's a great place to take your kids for free. They have plenty of tables, covered and uncovered. The bathroom facilities are well maintained, and I like the softer foam flooring on the playground versus the tan bark that you can find in most parks. There's a lot of trees that provide shade. If you want to use the tables for parties or gatherings, I recommend going there very early to claim your tables.

We have been going to Woodward park (very nice/safe as well) but today we came across this park and we loved it! Unfortunately we got there right before the water got shut off from like a kids water fountain so my little ones didn't get the chance to enjoy it but we will definitely come back soon again. Either way my son had the chance to run around and play in the baseball area and its just nice to have sich a big open area to play with your kids. Would definitely suggest...
