Roosevelt Gardens Park — Attraction in Lauderhill

Mind you I'm a tax paying citizen and I've often believed that my taxes went to the upkeep of not my immediate community. My significant other planned an unsuspecting lunch so we grab a combo meal from our local BBQ spot and go over to the park to enjoy our meal; we pass this park on the regular and it always appear to be well maintained. So my girlfriend and i proceed to go under the pavilion to enjoy the scenery and our meal dàmit man that fist pavilion STUNK! I can't believe the child nearby could enjoy swinging in the midst of human feces & urine! I say bae you smell that she say it's ok let's eat ( in my mind i say f#*k that ) but she got a good wiff and immediately we moved to the next pavilion. I would have given this park 5 stars if not for that. No public park or place should be in such filth! County/City government use my tax dollars to clean this literally 💩up out...

the staff at the front desk is very rude. i spoke to a middle aged “black” woman about using the restroom because i was unfamiliar with where it was and it seemed that i was interrupting her phone call. she abrasively said that it was being cleaned and i couldn’t use it. i informed her that i would wait and that seemed to aggravate her more. i’m not trying to disturb anyone’s schedule but i don’t think that should be the experience of the members of the community especially this being my first encounter with...

Showed up during a school day, no signs or anything saying park closed. Walked in with my 1.5 y.o and was immediately yelled by 2 rude adults to leave because there was a "program" going on.
