Phone Repair Guy — Local services in Lauderhill

It took me two months to write this review because this is the first time that i am highly dissatisfied with their service. I took my note 4 for them to replace the LCD because my phone fell and the LCD was broken. This was in March 2017. They fix my phone but i notice that the camera was foggy and i had to take it back to them. They try to clean the lens but did a horrible job because it was still foggy with a halo. I also notice that I could not listen to my messages on whatsapp on the speaker. Then my phone screen starts to glitch and jumps from one app to the next without being used and dialing numbers without being used. I called and told them about it only for them to tell me that they did their job by changing the LCD and that's it. The phone screen was even falling apart because of the cheap glue that they used, which they knew about. I ended up taking my phone to two separate phone fix it stores and when they open my phone i was told that they put a cheap replacement and it has a bug that is why my phone it glitching. $180 down the drain plus $20 on two separate occasion for the expert opinion on my phone. They just lost a customer of several years, I always buy unlock phones from Andy and his father and send them to my family in Jamaica. During these times. Covid has me out of work. i chose to go with this company because of the reviews. I spent money with them to fix my phone screen. 2 weeks later, my screen stop working. . I decided to give them a call because I was told that their repairs have a 2 year warranty. They told me the shop is closed so they gave me an appointment with their mobile repair shop. NO one shows up. I contact them and they reschedule. again, no one shows up. I contact them the 3rd time they make an appointment AGAIN. NO ONE SHOWS UP. I find it funny that when it was time to take my money, they pick up. When it’s time to fix a faulty screen that was purchased and installed by them, they don’t want to repair it. I had to text and call them over and over for a response. When they figured it was a warranty replacement, they gave me the run around. I don’t have money to waste. I’m not working and I have kids to feed. The last thing that I need is a company taking advantage of me. The reviews have to be bribed. Take heed and go to a more professional company.

If i could give zero stars I would everyone who gave a review did it instantly not 1 or 2 weeks later after the repair these guys stole parts from my phone and swapped them out with cheaper parts claiming me dropping my phone could cause damage to a battery my phone now dies at 25 percent my screen has popped out the front my flash no longer works I have a diffrent face camera and my back cameras no longer work after paying these clowns 200 dollars they are claiming they can’t replace my battery but stole my original one I’m pretty sure there are more victims do not let these people get away with taking from hard working people I came here 3 times after the original repair and they are playing clueless(Edit- you are saying my review is irrelevant but everything I said is facts dude you fixed a battery before as I can see in the reviews and also did a bad job on their phone you guys are thieves at the swap shop in general it’s my fault for trusting a flee market Lol never...
