We recently had our wedding at Oak Hills, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the team at Oak Hills exceeded our expectations in every way.

The food was absolutely amazing and our cake and cupcakes were delicious! We had the street tacos. You can’t go wrong with tacos!

The staff at Oak Hills deserve special recognition for their exceptional customer service. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. They made the entire process so easy and stress-free, which was a huge relief, especially since we were traveling from another state. They were incredibly accommodating and willing to work with us to customize every detail according to our preferences.

Oak Hills is exceptionally organized, and they truly offer everything you could want for a wedding venue. From the beautiful outdoor ceremony area to the elegant indoor spaces, the venue provided a perfect backdrop for our special day. We loved every moment of our wedding at Oak Hills, and we had no issues or complaints at all.

Absolutely phenomenal place for a wedding! We had a great experience in the initial tour with Shirelle. Invoicing and pricing were transparent and easy to understand. The bride and groom suites are spacious, beautiful, and well equipped for what the wedding party might need on the big day. Shawnee, the venue director, communicated consistently and warmly, even with all of my questions; her attention to detail and friendly demeanor gave me much peace of mind as a bride-to-be. Marshall, the day of coordinator, was fantastic - from keeping things organized to rolling with random changes as the event unfolded, he was an excellent resource; he and his team hosted brilliantly! The tacos were delicious, and our guests really enjoyed the bar. The barn + outdoor ceremony were marvelous and provided a great location for friends & family to eat, drink, and be merry. The venue’s built in sound system allowed us to build preset playlists on Spotify and save the expense of a DJ - we used that savings to have a grand sparkler exit and splendid 3-tier cake! Oak Hills offers in house catering, staffing, floral, and linens, so a couple that doesn’t want to lose time chasing down details with multiple vendors will really appreciate the service packages. I cannot recommend Oak Hills enough! I was blown away by every last detail of how our wedding day turned out. My husband and I were from out of state, never heard of or seen Oak Hills for ourselves, but felt that God had led us to find the venue we had been searching for. It met all our criteria, and Shirelle and Shawnee were very communicative from the get go. Throughout the whole planning process (I was the planner), I felt supported and organized by the systems and planning tools that oak hills provided. From flexibility in making our entire menu plant based, to letting our musicians practice on-site outside of our scheduled hours, to receiving our packages for us (so we didn’t have to haul all our things on the plane), and so much more I’m so happy we were led here. Springtime blew us away with the gorgeous snowcapped mountains just next to Oak Hills, and using their in-house florist really brought everything to life against blooming bushes that lined the venue. Special thanks to Marshall who seamlessly coordinated the day of, and who was so generous and flexible in every aspect.
