We went there for my son's high school graduation. The stadium is nice. Clean air conditioned restrooms, clean stadium and well lighted for safety. The negatives: the score board/electronic screen is positioned on the west side of the field. The setting sun washes out pictures of the screen and that end of the field. It interferes with getting pictures of the graduates. The traffic getting out was disastrous. Yes, exiting any large event is difficult but this was beyond the norm. The Galveston County Sheriffs did it a section at a time starting with the lots closest to the road. Those of us who had to park at the east end were parked for 40 minutes. We arrived 45 minutes early and it took 50 total minutes to get out of the stadium. That doesn't include time down the road. Get there at least an hour prior to a big event and park near the road...

The only compliant was that the 50% of the traffic was forced to turn left All of these people eventually came to a fork in the road with a lighted sign on the left of the fork that said follow the road to Bay Area Boulevard. It was actually the right side that went to Bay Area. Over 60% (hundreds) of the cars followed the wrong fork that dead-ended on a very narrow road with a few houses on one side . To say this caused a traffic jam would be an understatement. Traffic control should have predicted this.. Especially for CCISD events. If you ever are forced to turn left when leaving the stadium GO RIGHT AT THE FORK. At Bay Area Blvd. turning right takes you to Baybrook and Clear Lake City and...

No signs to reinforce green seating areas. Incredibly undsafe from a public health perspective - & yes, I'm in public health. People all over stands maskless once seated. Handicapped parking exists, but blocked off. After you hobble to the entrance, world's longest ramp to get in. Very unfriendly for the physically challenged - and I'm not in a wheelchair (yet). Restrooms also not clearly labeled - very faint temporary signs on...
