Altitude Trampoline Park — Attraction in Webster

Disgusting safety hazard occurred last Saturday. I wish I could do 0 stars. I noticed a young boy had a diarrhea accident in his shorts (no diaper) in the toddler/ball pit area and management did nothing about it even after I informed them multiple times over the course of 20 minutes. His shorts were soaking wet with diarrhea, the smell was bad and I saw smear marks on the balls and the slide and fully explained this to management. No offense to the young boy, accidents happen, but the manager was informed and showed absolutely no urgency or care even when they were heavily informed that the incident occurred and that other children were still in the pit. They never did anything to rectify the situation for the 20 minutes that I kept informing them. I can’t believe they don’t have a protocol for something like that since it’s a children’s place and accidents happen. If they do have protocols then the owners need to be made aware that the manager does not make sure they are followed or even care! I had just bought a membership that day and cancelled it because it was horrendous that a fecal contamination was not immediately addressed and rectified. The fact that the ball bit/toddler area was not immediately evacuated, roped off, balls removed and disposed of or sanitized thoroughly and then the entire area properly cleaned and sanitized is pure negligence. I will never go back but I sincerely urge the owners to address this for the safety of all the children that do attend. Accidents happen, yes, but we should not expect our children to come into contact with fecal matter because management refuses to take action and clean when urgent...

I recently visited Altitude, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about it! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were always around to assist us, which really enhanced our overall experience. We also tried the mozzarella sticks, and they were awesome—crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. It was great to have such tasty options while the kids played.

Another aspect worth mentioning is the cleanliness of the facility. The restrooms were impressively clean and well-maintained, which is a big plus when you’re out with kids.

Overall, our visit to Altitude was a fantastic outing. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, and fun activities made for a memorable experience.
