I’m disappointed with my experience at this establishment. I inquired about leasing a booth and was told I would receive a follow-up—however, nearly three weeks passed without any communication or update regarding my application. This lack of response feels unprofessional and dismissive.

As a small business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service, and unfortunately, that standard was not met here. I was eventually given a vague explanation that the shop aims to maintain a “farmhouse vintage” aesthetic. However, based on what is currently displayed—such as custom T-shirts, ornate tile work, carpets, and furniture that doesn’t align with that theme—this reasoning felt inconsistent and disingenuous.

It’s also hard to ignore the lack of diversity among the current vendors, which raises concerns for me as a minority business owner.
