So, this is a local small museum, the kind that is normally greatly overshadowed by that of the Mississippi Natural Science. But I think that is greatly unfair given that what it may lack in overall size it possesses a great deal of charm. It has numerous large exhibits including dozens and dozens of donations that relate to hunting and general wildlife interaction of numerous local people that may be unknown to the average person not from the state. The prices for tickets seem to be generally fair while being enough to support the location Now I want to say some have considered the name to be slightly misleading. That it seems more focused on hunting than a general wildlife coverage, but I think that generalization greatly underrates the sheer diversity of just taxidermized animals there. Of course, you got a lot of deer, turkeys, big horned rams and gators. But also, there were mountain goats, alligator snapping turtles, Nutria and even an obscure fish known as a Tunny. In addition, there were numerous hunting tools and paraphernalia including clothing, arrow heads and even a bizarre turkey leg hat holder.
