NatureMed Dispensary — Attraction in Lemay

The only reason this is getting two stars is because they had stock of preferred brands, but this experience was awful. I placed my order and the website only let me choose to pick it up next day/reserve a time, which was fine. It was almost 8pm, so that worked for me. I get to the dispensary and there is a significant quality difference with customer service versus other dispensaries in the area. They held onto my ID and medical card until the purchase was complete, which was odd as no other dispensary did that to me, but whatever. The person helping me told me they couldn't find my order and they stated that the system doesn't hold orders overnight..which was the only option for my order. It was also frustrating as I had the exact amount, but since the order supposedly didn't hold, neither did the discount of the day price. They already marked up their products by $10 compared to other dispensaries in the area, so I spent $40 more than anticipated, which sucked. The person completing my order was very matter of fact and couldn't answer any of my questions. They also refused to make any kind of eye contact. Parking was not great-people park poorly and another customer parked 3 inches from my driver's side door. I will not be back as none of this experience...

I’ve been here before with a friend where I remember the experience was very nice and friendly but I’ll talk about my experience for the day. I came in due to the new diagnosis I have with Trigeminal neuralgia and was more focused on relieving the pain than getting a head high or “blitz”. Amanda was a doll, an absolute sweetheart along with those that were there on Saturday May 24th. she listened to what I was looking for due to how unfamiliar I am with how THC is and the poor experience I’ve had in the past but my friend and doctor advised to stay close to only CBD/THC and she never batted an eye or tried to sway me, it was all focused on what was recommended to me and her providing products she had faith in assisting. I felt extremely comfortable and will def come back again, especially when she provided a cute stamp card for me to use the new go around. I’ve already recommended it to others and to seek out Amanda :) I’m a few days late on this review due to fatigue and exhaustion but I still remember the experience clearly ❤️ products she recommended was Wyld peaches (a low dose to start me with) and CBD green apple. I don’t normally write reviews, you gotta really make a great impression for me to write up a review and share my experience… and this establishment is, by far, the best in the area. Not only selection wise but their customer service, and promotions are shockingly good and after just one quick visit they’ve gained a regular customer.

I cannot recommend this dispensary more. I stopped by about a half hour before they closed. Kind of expecting the employees to not be super excited for another customer but they were FANTASTIC from the second I walked in until I was walking out the door they gave me friendly service, funny conversation, tons of product knowledge, and just a general remarkable experience.

The promotions seemed to never end and even now I’m looking forward to stopping by again soon to pick up more.

Honestly I have no real complaints or notes or anything they need to improve… maybe they have a smaller parking lot than other stores? But that’s hardly a real issue.

Anyways 100% would recommend anyone to looking for a top tier...
