When I visited, there were no librarians in the main room for over thirty minutes. We could hear two employees laughing and talking in a back room, but did not know how to get their attention. A line piled up four families thick at the desk before the first librarian showed her head to help. Also, the librarian who came to our aid could not easily answer questions about basic Windows 7 features, how to print on the printer / copier there, and details on a children's event. Eventually the other librarian had to come help us with the copier / answer our questions / get the line moving in general. I was there around 4 pm on a Thursday. I don't plan to return - the Central branch is much more efficient. This is a sad waste of county...
