Fiesta Grill — Restaurant in Liberty

Came to have a drink after a stressful week. Ordered a daquri. Spilled after I barely drank it.

Server cleaned it up and asked if I wanted another one. I immediately asked "are you sure?" Assuming she meant do you want it replaced.

She brought the other one out with no straw. All is fine. Check gets brought, $17 for 2 daquris. One that was spilled after a few sips and one that was barely drunk by the time I got the check.

Other than the kind young man, everyone else acted like I was trying to get something for free when I never consented to paying for another drink. I am not trying to say I deserved another one, I clearly asked "are you sure?" Insinuating that they didn't have to replace it for free. I never consented to paying for another one.

I had to argue for 5-10 minutes before they finally took it off my bill. Even after all of that I still tipped 10%. This is the first ever time I've considered not leaving a tip.

So essentially I paid $8.50 to drink 6-10 sips of a drink and $25 for the entire check, only to be treated like I was some scammer.

Only the young man actually didn't treat me like I was crazy. I've been to bars / restaurants all over the United States and in different countries. I've never seen anybody spill a drink and then get asked if they want another one and get charged for it.

I paid for the split drink and left the remade one 95% full.

The food and drinks are great here but I can't give anything more than a one star when you're treated like a theif for not wanting to pay for something that you didn't get explicitly told you...

I have been coming here for well over 15 years. The prices were always a good value. After covid hit, they originally were deceptive with their menu prices, stating the prices was 1.50-2.00 extra for chicken or beef. (That was on top of the price if you ordered a chicken or beef item at menu price) a lot of people complained so they finally updated the menu prices. Then to save money they changed from Coke to Pepsi products. Then I’ve noticed now the past few times I’ve went, my items are costing .50-.95 cents over the menu price. I addressed it today and was told there was a 3.99% discount if you pay with cash. Even though it’s not stated on the menu the prices are more if you don’t pay cash, they automatically charge you more, not even knowing how you are gonna pay. And plus what I ordered was 6.50 but my receipt showed the price as 7.28. That’s way more than a basic 3.99% up charge. They are deceptive in their prices and I’m tired of the thievery, when the food def isn’t that great for the price anymore. I won’t be going back. So check your receipts when...

NACHO!!!! The guy who works the desk...hes a family buddy!!! Food is always great!! SECRET They have a secret salsa you have to request to know about!! Ask for a bowl of the tomatillo salsa and get your seatbelts ready!!! It is quite possibly the hottest and best tasting salsa I have EVER tasted...and I lived in Texas for 7 years! The staff actually remember your kids...and what you all order! Erika is our favorite waitress 🥰❤ **Suggestion...get the Tacos al Carbon!!! On corn tortillas, ask for limes (they usually ask if you want them)!! We all get the steak ones. My husband asks for shredded cheese. OMG it is BY FAR the best thing on the menu!! Price is only $9.99 so not too bad. They give you 3 and I can never finish over 2...and I can eat lol Even checkout is fun when you see Nacho! From start to finish, a great dining...
