Lima Computer saved the day for me. After firing up my 7 year old HP which I hadn't used in months, it did a massive Windows 10 update. When it came time to restart, it wanted the admin password. After 7 years of it automatically filling it in, I had no idea what it was. I spent several hours trying to figure out how to change it with nothing to show for it. I called Lima Computer and explained the problem. He had me drop it off and for a VERU reasonable bench fee had me up and running in a less than an hour. Don't waste your valuable personal time like I did and give them a call!
