This was the most comically bad experience I've had in a very long time. The poor girl on front counter was in training, so none of this was her fault. We asked a question about modifying a menu item. No less than 3 other people came over to help try to figure out how to ring it in. Based on how the kitchen staff was reacting something wasn't right but it wasn't getting communicated to our order. After placing and paying for an almost $30 order a manager was called up because what was ordered was simply not possible. She was actually kind of rude about it and didn't really help come up with a solution. We ended up paying more because what they had suggested wasn't feasible. Then the kitchen forgot to make the item that had to be added on so we had to wait even longer. Read moreOver the last 3 months the Happy Daz on Cable Road has gotten progressively worse. Today... The speaker was like talking to Charlie Brown's teacher, from the time I paid until I got my single cheeseburger and crappy fries was 20 minutes. They no longer have crinkle fries and the new ones were cold and tasteless and the drink was all carbonation. AFTER, I got my order I went to talk to a manager and about busted my butt on their wet, dirty floor. The manager only said... I'm sorry, I'll make no excuses, and have a good day. It starts at top.... owners, managers, staff. Looks to either be a not cared for store or they're skimping to make a dollar or they're not far from closing their doors. I truly hope they turn it around...soon. I may drop by in a few months to see, but definitely not...
Read moreThis is a pretty tough review for me. I have been a fan of Happy Daz restaurants for years, and love their food, and their wide variety menu of breakfast and lunch/dinner selections. Unfortunately this location to me has been cheated out of some detail oriented help...DON'T GET ME WRONG, the food is excellent, and the staff is friendly, and will always make it right with you, that goes without question, but after more than a half a dozen personal incidents just at this location since July of 2017 , check your food on ANY drivethru order BEFORE leaving.
