Visions Rock Shop — Attraction in Lincoln City

The BEST rock shop on the coast! & yes, I've visited ALL of them! Mark is extremely knowledgeable and treats everyone like family. He has a seriously impressive lot of petrified wood, thunder eggs, wire-wrapped jewelry, gemstone rings, cabochons (some of which he cut & polished!), mineral specimens (enhydro agates, amethyst clusers, dogtooth calcite, grape agate, aragonite, emerald in matrix, Arkansas quartz, etc.), polished pieces including tumbles, carvings, and towers (even rhodochrosite and blue lace agate!), lapidary materials, and more! There is something for everyone! A few of my favorite purchases have been AA grade Holley Blue agate, authentic Moldavite, golden fluorite from Morocco, Naica selenite, blue barite, petroleum quartz, and a watermelon tourmaline pendant. Best of all: you will not find more competitive prices, period. (Some of his products are even purchased by other local shops who then re-sell them at higher prices!). I couldn't believe how long we spent engaged in rock talk! The owner was SO knowledgeable and insanely nice to my kids. They were giddy with all of the goodies they walked out with! In addition to a scoop of rocks from the sand box, and a handmade rock critter, they each selected a Thunderegg to have cut open. For $5, this was an insanely good deal! The big fossil shop in Lincoln City sells them for $20!

Hubby found an awesome dragon sculpture, and we learned about how the slabs are polished up for sale. So pretty!

Literally the best rock/crystal shop out there. Went here on vacation as we were leaving Lincoln City, and it's been one of my favorite, if not my most favorite memory of the whole trip. Such a wonderful shop with the most beautiful crystals, the person working there was literally one of the nicest and most lovely people I have ever met (And very knowledgeable and informative, he would take time to thoroughly answer any questions!) You could tell he was so passionate about his job. This shop made my trip so much more fun. I actually found out my favorite crystal here, flower agate, and I wouldn't have known if they weren't selling it here. So please stop...
