Gonzales was very friendly and helpful will go back for any future purchases Need to update my review; on April 3rd my wife and I went to roby to purchase a new stove that we had previously picked out ms. Gonzales our salesperson specifically told us she had checked her Tillamook store and told us it was scheduled to be on their "thursday" delivery truck she would inspect the stove over the weekend and we should expect delivery Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. On Monday of the week for delivery I called to firm up a delivery time and was told my stove would not be delivered till a week from Friday over 2 weeks away. I was never told why except that they had to order it even though Ms.Gonzales had assured us it would be delivered. Unfortunately Ms. Gonzales was off on Monday but would call first thing Tuesday morning to "work this out". I waited till after 10am Tuesday to hear from anyone but no one called. I called after 10 to speak with Ms Gonzales was told she was on the phone and would call us back right away. A hour later Ms Gonzales called us and just kept spouting party rhetoric would never offer any explanation as to the delay and even very offensively told us she would refund our payment if we didn't like the service. Won't listen to complaints when their employees make mistakes. Won't apologize when the store makes mistakes, and they do.
We've been dealing with them for decades. We have gotten flat screen televisions, mattresses, a recliner, a bed frame, and a credenza from them with no problems.
However, we have received a freezer that did not work, a refrigerator that we asked for glass shelves only and got wire. Spent quite a lot of time looking for and waiting for a double adjustable bed only to eventually be told they don't come in that size. We decided on a love-seat and placed the order only to have the saleswomen come after us as we were leaving and say it was unavailable.
Now we need an oven and the owner says that I HAVE to deal with her because of past orders. I asked for an apology for the past mistakes, she refused. She is soft spoken and calm, but she nonetheless managed to convey an insulting attitude.
I would have been overjoyed to deal with the owner and get the right oven, but she wasn't trying to help me. She was passively-agressively blaming me for mistakes made by her employees. And indirectly telling me I was not entitled to good products or...

When I went to the store in person she was knowledgeable and shared her extensive information to me about the project I was interested in. Each time I can connect you with her about my item regarding delivery and possible insulation she was very knowledgeable. Amanda is the kind a sales person you want to work with when purchasing a product you need to last.
My only dissatisfaction with Roby’s is the lack of people to deliver and install. I drove to Lincoln city picked up the dishwasher and returned it and my husband and his friend installed it. However when I parked my car in front of my house, there went to Roby’s truck down the street, which certainly caused all the neighbors to laugh. I did call Roby’s (they had a A full truck evidently.) Alas my dishwasher had died two days ago and I was in desperate need of a replacement.
