What a gem. Just discovered this today after living in the area for 7 yrs. Nice, well-kept, meandering nature trails along the creek, wonderful mowed trails with actual exercise equipment (elliptical, stat. bike, stair climber, pull ups, sit ups...and more). The paved circular road is shared with cars, bikes, and other pedestrians, but people seem mindful of each other. Playground areas, sheltered picnic areas for large gatherings. For smaller groups there are picnic tables and benches lightly scattered throughout. Planned to spend a couple of hours, but stayed all day. Pick a different destination if you are traveling. Not...

We always have a great time. Though keep in mind the park will close if the creek floods, and for a little afterwards. It's open from sun up...
