Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Lincoln

EDIT* I am changing my review to 5 stars and every bit of the 5 stars goes to the manager hayley bc she called me to ensure to me that this would not happen again and she let me get a free ice cream. The management here truly cares. Just the fact that she actually made an effort to get ahold of me shows that they care about what their customers think most places do not do that. Thank you, hayley, for reaching out to me.

I love coming here I have never had a bad experience until tonight I ordered extra cream cheese sqares and extra grahm cracker base as I do every day I come here and I told them there was not extra bc I always get extra and tonight there was not extra so I asked for more and the lady at the window kept getting rude with me and smirking at me instead of adding more when I always pay for the extra and then, I had to turn around bc I did not get my ghram craker base I had asked for at the speaker like I ALWAYS DO. I called them and let them know I was on my way she said to come to the window and grab it bc there was a lot of cars. And when I arrived, the lady said she was not going to give me my extra bc she is tired of giving me free things. I have no clue why she would be giving it to me for free bc every time I come, I ask for extra at the speaker and pay for extra.. this definitely upset me bc I love getting my royal New...

NOT WORTH IT, OVERPRICED. They only serve ice cream, this Dairy Queen is living in the past, all of them have upgraded and have food now. All that overpriced ice cream should've bought them a bigger place by now, and they would be able to run year-round if so. I would much rather waste my time and money going to the Dairy Bar. The owner is sweet and friendly, they have completely reasonable prices, unlike Dairy Queen. At least at the Dairy Bar i could get a SMALL Freeze for 2.50 but at Dairy Queen it is 5 and some change for a small, outrageous..never again will i...
