Lincoln Woods State Park Beach — Attraction in Lincoln

While the beach is good, with bathrooms and showers nearby, the food stand is terrible. Or at least it was when I visited today.

They had the front plastered with numerous photos of the food and treats they sell, but no prices listed anywhere. I went with a large group and we decided to ask the lady behind the counter for the prices on what each one of us was thinking of buying before making our decision.

Midway through me asking for the prices, the lady became irritated and asked me if I was going to be buying anything. I told her we might after we know how much the food costs. She got upset saying that she had to take care of other people behind me.

So, I ended up forgetting about the whole thing because as it turned out, to no one's surprise, everything was overpriced, like $8 plus tax for a two-scoop ice-cream on a waffle cone. No wonder they didn't have the prices listed anywhere.

It is very clean and a lovely place to ride to. has motorcycle parking as well, great place to just ride in circles or even walk around gates are closed in winter time if you are riding be carefully of wet spots and wet leaves that is abundant other then that 11/10 definitely would recommend for walkers joggers runners swimmers motorcycle riders fisherman boaters great place for pictures rock climbing is done here as well. Beautiful outdoor space with a sandy beach along portions of the water. Nicely renovated concession stand, restrooms and nature exhibit building. One of RI's great parks that is full of trails to walk, ride mountain bikes and hike. Plenty of areas to go on picnics too. There's just so much to do here if you love the outdoors.
