Johnny Rockets — Restaurant in Lincoln

The only reason I give this one star is because there is nothing less to give them. I recently ordered a hamburger on a GLUTEN FREE roll, as advertised on their menu. I was told 3 times that the roll was definitely GLUTEN FREE. Well, it was not, in fact even though it listed UDI's GLUTEN FREE rolls on the menu the manager told me the next day they didn't have GLUTEN FREE rolls yet. Apparently, it wasn't important enough for Johnny Rockets to educate their staff on what they have and do not have on their menu. I spoke to the manager and he said, "You should've known it wasn't GLUTEN FREE"!!!! Really?? Your staff insisted 3 times it was GLUTEN FREE. I was told he would speak to his staff and call me back. He NEVER called me. I was sick for 3 days due the stupidity of the staff at this restaurant. This is unacceptable. Thank God it was not an allergy that could've killed me such as a peanut allergy. Johnny Rockets needs to educate their staff about food allergies. If you are going to be in the food service industry please take food allergies seriously. You could kill someone someday due to your ignorance. I was so sick, as I am a Celiac, and cannot tolerate...

Worse Johnny Rockets I’ve ever been to. Staff acted like they didn’t want to do anything. Food sucked. First time I ate one fry and was grossed out at a Johnny Rockets. NOW the worse part I was just going through my credit card statement before I paid the bill and the lady charged me twice! Two different amounts which makes me wonder how they were able to do that without my card for the second charge. I put a lock on it and will be calling my credit card company first thing Monday. If it was the same amount I would give the benefit of the doubt and say maybe computer messed up but two different ones means it was ran a second time. Really weird and will be investigating it. The girls who work here are so sweet, keep everything clean and still work as hard as possible even though they are severely abused by the customers. It's absolutely appalling how inhumane and despicable twin river customers are treating these girls. I've been here 20 minutes and have seen each customer treating them like dogs. ITS HORRENDOUS BEHAVIOR FROM GROWN ADULTS. These people are handling your food, making sure everything is sanitary and getting paid next to nothing for the work they do. SHAME ON ANYONE WHO DOESNT GREET THESE GIRLS...
