Hercules Pizza Works — Restaurant in Lincoln

Horrible. I ordered a small cheese pizza with olives and mushrooms. It literally took over an hour to get to me! That's fine, I understand it can be busy, but you delivered it cold on top of being late!! When I called to complain they offered a replacement pizza. Honestly, I'm so aggravated that I don't want it now! They refused to refund me and sent another UNWANTED pizza to my house! Are they really that desperate that they won't give me my $17 back? Yes, yes they are. Literally arguing with me about it too. Insisting that I have to take another pizza....yeah, I'll never go back there. I suggest going to another establishment, where the customer comes first, not here!!!!!!! Poor customer service, poor...

I came here with my friend after the gym because we were craving some wings. We ended up getting a small pizza and 20 buffalo wings. The pizza was actually pretty good. What got me was the wings, not that they were necessarily bad, but they were just way too salty. The service was nothing special; it was basically, “What’s your order?” and that was pretty much it. The atmosphere was just a regular space with tables and chairs, good natural lighting, and children’s colored drawings on the wall, which I kind of liked, it was creative. I have soooo many people that recommended me to this place. First and foremost, the staff are SO friendly. They really do have some great workers here. Secondly, the food is spot on. I haven’t had anything i didn’t like. You can’t really mess up a grinder but you can surely make it excellent and that’s exactly what they do here at Hercules. Oddly enough i haven’t tried their pizza yet, so that’s next. I always go to this place for a quite bite to eat. Food comes out hot and fresh, always.
