I wanted to share my really bad experience with the Gondola skyride that my family and I took around 5:20 pm. Upon arriving, I asked if we could still take the skyride, and they confirmed that tickets were available until 5:30 pm. Curious about what awaited us at the top, I inquired about the activities. The person at the counter mentioned we could hike around and enjoy the beautiful views.
We purchased our tickets at 5:25 pm, and to our surprise, we were not informed that the last ride down was scheduled for 5:45 pm. Upon boarding the skyride, the attendant informed us of this timing. Despite the short notice, we proceeded since we had already paid. We reached the top at 5:40 pm, leaving us only 5 minutes to explore before having to return.
It was disappointing and unprofessional to sell tickets until 5:30 pm when the last ride down was at 5:45 pm. To ensure visitors have enough time to enjoy the experience, tickets should not be sold after 4:30 pm...

The view is completely breathtaking. I've been to the white mountains loads of time as a child with my family, but this time it was special because I brought mine. I can't wait for more mountain adventures! Thanks Loon for the great experience. Your staff were so polite and welcoming too! I have nothing negative to report on the hospitality of the...
Read moreMy wife has mobility issues and uses a mobility scooter to get around… The staff running the gondola went above and beyond and put my wife’s scooter in a service cart to take it to the top so my wife was able to get around at the summit. They were very accommodating and very kind. When my wife’s mobility issues make it so that somebody has to do a little more work to accommodate her, They usually give attitude, however, here at the loon Mountain resort they were seemingly excited to be able to make her day a little better and take care of her. This is definitely somewhere we would like...
