Millennium Park — Attraction in Lindenhurst

Nice little public park attached to the entrance of a small subdivision. We visited on the 4th of July and were able to see lots of fireworks people set off around the neighborhood. The park was clean and spacious. There is basketball courts, volleyball nets, a walking path, pond, playground including swings and a small pond for catch and release fishing. More than just a park, this place has a lot more to offer. Play area for the kids, sand pit for volleyball, Basketball court, baseball field, succor field, walking trek are a few activity zones to mention.

Also, has a barn yard preserve, that looks pretty from far & is a good place to show your kids around if you do not have access to a real barn or you just want to avoide the smelly & dirty...

The kids loved the slide made out of rollers,swings and platform bridge. There's a nice open space big enough for kids soccer practice, along with two sand volleyball courts and a bathroom with a shaded pavilion. A nice trail around the whole park that connects to a path that walks you through a fun farm museum...
