Today I completed a shrub job for a sweet old lady in Little Elm. She wanted me to go to this Landfill with her water bill to dispose of her shrubs. She provided me her original and current hard copy of her water bill. I then went to the Landfill to dispose on her behalf. The attendant said that I could not do this as I am not a resident of Little Elm. Eventhough I had a water bill from a resident. The attendant said the customer must be present which is a ridiculous request. I offered to pay for disposal instead and they still refused.
