Was very disappointed with my visit yesterday to the only goodwill in town and thatās close to my house. I walked in looking for jeans had about 10 pairs of jeans in my arms looking forward to trying them on, I get to the dressing rooms and NOPE, They Are Literally Still Closed! How?! I visited this same goodwill almost 2 years ago or so and Same Thing, I thought they would be open by now. I knew I should have asked before I waisted 30 mins or so of my time shopping around, all to see a sign saying closed due to Covid when I walked over, but yet thereās no signage on the entrance doors stating this, it would help alot of people coming to shop and try things on if they knew ahead of time. A lot of the other stores in the area has theirs open so Iām confused, honestly I feel like they just donāt want to clean or maintain the dressing rooms, that, or they are short staffed but still it would be helpful to let customers know right on the front door before we walk in. Most likely wonāt return until dressing rooms are open. Whatās the point of having majority of your store be clothing but yet no one can try...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSandra needs to be fired. An infant in a carrier and a 2 year old boy were abandoned in the back corner of this store today. The parent left the store. When I told Sandra at the front she refused to help in anyway. I had to begin calling the police myself in order to get her to even acknowledge the situation. Another employee came and at least had the common sense to put a call out over the intercom looking for the parent's who then reentered the store and claimed their children. I simply said, Sandra if you donāt know what to do next time just go ask someone with more experience for help. Sandra at that point became very rude told me not to speak and did the zgen thing of beggining to pretend that I was being rude to her when I wasnāt. Allowing children to be abandoned and possibly kidnapped isnāt ok Sandra. Telling me Iām rude for asking you an employee for help wonāt change that. Nasty...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWell if you havent been here for awhile you are in for a surprise. This store has been drastically changed. Almost the whole store is clothes. I have found some great pieces on my last two visits. And the prices on clothing is very affordable. Not overpriced like most Goodwills. I love that the clothing is sorted by color. You can still find other treasures along the shelved walls also sorted by color. Pictures, books, muffin pans, music boxes, stuffed animals, board games, kites, dishes, candles, just to name a few. The only disappointment was the pricing on these items. I didnt see any item priced under $1.99. And there were quite a few items i found that were not worth $1.99. Let me correct myself two disappointments, they no longer have the display cases with costume jewelry. The cashier told me all that is now done online. All staff were very friendly...
