Kansai Barber Shop — Attraction in Long Branch

wrote a review 4 years ago about how amazing of a place this is, and it has only gotten better! They have moved across the street to a beautiful location - it’s huge inside and gorgeous! The have arcade games(!!), s lounge areas, and just an overall relaxed environment. All stylists were welcoming and dressed extremely professional. This is easily the best barber shop in the area. Wilson knows what he’s doing, is honest, and really understands good customer service/hospitality. And he is amazing at what he does (and hires amazing talent!).

This was my first time back in about two years, and I am just so blown away with what a positive experience it was. 👍👍💯💯f

So a further update about how fantastic this place is. I have been stressed at work and also have been needing a haircut. One of the employees ther, Dhmer (excuse the spelling) did such a wonderful job, but it was not what i was looking for. I went back the following day for him to fix it, and he did. There was no charge and it was hugely appreciated. I want to mention that today icalled and was RUDE, yet they still cared that much about retaining good customer service and “the guest is always right” attitude. It was amazing. I did not realize this until much later, but this is where you go if you want a hair cut. This place is what sets places like Supercuts, Sportsclips, etc. a waste of time. These are Professionals. Thank you and I will be back for next hair cut with a big apology and bottle of vino! ...

I’ve been coming to this barbershop for years. My last appt I scheduled and showed up 5 minutes early. I waited 20 minutes for the haircut then when I asked for my eyebrows done the guy told me “no time” meanwhile it was his fault for it not being on time. Then when I went to the front to pay he goes my next appointments not here we have time. So I walked back to my seat and he did them then they charged me an additional $10 after they made me wait and get up from the barber seat cause they don’t know what they’re doing. I schedule an appt again with someone else next time. This time I was 5 minutes late and called prior telling them and no one answered. I get there and they sat my appt has been cancelled. I wouldn’t recommend this...

My 8th grade son the week of his graduation, allows his buddy to cut his hair.. needless to say it was awfully bad but cool his buddy tried..I immediately bring my son in (bc as he said dad, it's the only place that doesn't mess me up) and magic happened. We thought hed have to bic shave his head graduation pic week but instead he ended up w a fantastic cut.. look at this kids smile ..and 8th graders are too cool to smile so that should tell u something.. best barber JerZy $HoRe..Absolutely craftsmanship professionals...
