Monmouth Smoke Shop — Attraction in Long Branch

Terrible products and unprofessional customer service. Purchased a cartridge battery there (Weiivap Ubox, $40), and it broke within 5 days. I asked for a replacement and the worker said, "no because you probably broke it by screwing it in on too tight". So I bought another one for $40 and this one broke within 12 days. Now the excuse was "that battery doesn't work with that cartridge” aka the only legal cart manufacturer in NJ (curaleaf). Have Instagram DMs with them for proof of lack of quality and professionalism, can check the screenshots on yelp. 1st negative review I leave and it was more than deserved. Scam of business,...

Absolute ripoff! I was charged $32 for a lighter that had a msrp of $24.95 (see pic). They said that the sticker was the wholesale price and that the owner plugged in his markup (obvious BS). When I complained and asked for a refund, they pointed to the sign that said “no refunds” and that inflation was effecting pricing. I argued the point and they said it wasn’t their fault and that there boss was a “Jew” ( I don’t know if that was used as a noun or an adjective but it was inappropriate regardless). Good selection. House made blends are very good. That are the plus’s. I find the prices a little pricey. Half the time they have one guy working so you could wait awhile. And today I went in and the guy working was too busy texting to really even pay attention to what I needed. He seemed bothered by me being there even.

Over the years the staff have become more friendly and knowledgeable they did a great job of hiring especially the guy who works I think Friday evenings. I get my pay...
