I received an email that my order had shipped so I opened the email to find a tracking number. I clicked the tracking number to find there was no data for that number. I then emailed TEquipment asked about the number and my order and was told the number was not active yet to give it time. SO, I waited and tried again the next day. The order had not shipped as the email implied, a shipping label was created. So I waited until the next day and still the tracking number went to label created. I contacted TEquipment and asked when my order wold ship, the response was they did not know. Odd, I plced an order with TEquipment but they do no tknow when the order will ship. I responded with cancel my order and provide a full refund. After waiting 16 hours I was told "Once the order leaves our warehouse and the carrier takes it, we have no control over it, as we are just the distributor." while that ma be a fact, TEquipment knows when thier customers are going to receive thier order. I ship too and I know when the packages I ship are scheduled for delivery. Its important to me, but TEquipment. I returned the product due to issues with the product and I did not receive a full refund. There are better places to purchase tools and equipment, places that are concerned with customer service, plces that want my/your business. Read moreTheir site showed a hot air station in stock, so I ordered with some flux and assumed they could ship something in stock in a day or two. I later received the flux, but the order status said that the tool would not be shipped until about 9 days after I ordered it, meaning they never actually had it in stock in the first place. 13 days after the order I emailed them and was told that the tool had finally arrived and they would prepare it to ship, which should happen hopefully "sometime this week". This told me that they probably still didn't actually have the tool since they still didn't know when they'd be able to ship it, so I cancelled the order, which they refused. They charged me immediately upon getting the order instead of charging when they ship, and since they have refused to cancel the order I'm having to ask the credit card company to refund the sale. They seem to be located in offices in a small building they share with a distillery. I suspect they don't have a warehouse and do business by ordering from China for resale whenever they get an order. But whatever their problem is, don't order anything from them unless you have a few...

I quickly discovered that they are professional and value good customer service. I had a few questions before I settled on that specific camera and my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly through email. I never once felt like I was being pressured into buying anything. The representative was genuinely helpful. Also the fact that they have such detail oriented videos about the products they sell, along with comparisons of them, really made it less stressful to buy a product that isn’t particularly cheap for a college student like myself. There are several other places that I could’ve purchased this camera , but TEquipment had the lowest price by far (I had to create an account to view this price). Price is important but the knowledge to back up the products they sell is equally important. My thermal camera arrived promptly and free of damage.
