Best forest preserve in the area. You walk down into a small valley and up to the other side with a lake beyond. Well maintained narrow paths that put you close to nature. Many great wooden paths with help from the boy scouts. Also very well maintained.

Saw the toad, frog and muskrat pictured. Have also seen deer and woodpecker.
