Longwood Farmers Market (Farmers Outlet) — Attraction in Longwood

My wife and I have been patronizing this establishment for a number of years and 2 locations. Unfortunately, their customer service today cost them a customer for life. Back in December, my wife and I purchased their annual membership card as we are in there 1 to 2 times a week, spending a fair amount of money every visit

Today, my wife could not go, so she asked me to run the errand for her and the woman who checked me out refused to accept the discount card even though the last name's matched, and we are in there together frequently.

I let her know it was up to her if she chose to honor the card or not, but if she did not, it would cost them my business, and we would go somewhere else. She chose not to provide the customer service I give my customers or what I expect from businesses.

This small discount she would not honor will cost them $1,000s of my annual business. It astounds me when a business cares so little about...

I've been a loyal buyer for 4 years. Every avocado i buy comes out black. After i mentioned this to the Spanish employee, she told me to bring it in. decided not to buy avocados from there so instead i buy squash and mangoes and other veggies.Within two days ,the squash and mango developed mold. I brought it in to the asian lady in front to let her know and possibly get an exchange. She became aggravated and rude as i am explaining to her it was in room temperature and this has never happened before. She yelled and screamed while my son was next to me and dismissed me to the next customer. i decided to be the bigger person and walk. They write off their products when they go bad, all businesses do. She could of handled that situation better towards a frequent customer. i will make sure i never go back there and prefer to spend extra money for quality and avoid volatile scenerios . i hope this...

What a great place. Have been shopping here for years. Not only do they have excellent and varied produce, but their prices are fantastic. I especially like that they focus on local produce. I always find their customer service to be efficent and friendly. It saddens me to read some of the petty customer reviews trying to squeeze extra money out of this local business by taking advantage of their recently introduced frequent customer service program. When I signed up it did clearly say that it is one card per individual (not couple, family, or friend group). If you don't like the terms of a program, just don't sign up for it. No better place...
