I am reaching out regarding a deeply unsettling experience at
860 W. FL-434 STE 1000 Longwood, FL 32750 Host: Trinytee ORDER #302 11/26/2024
I took my team on a business trip here to eat, I was shocked to find a live worm in my chicken. This discovery has left me extremely disturbed and concerned about the quality and safety of the food served. When I brought this matter to the attention of a staff member named Trinity, she did not handle the situation professionally. Instead of addressing my concerns, she went to the back and engaged in unrelated conversations. When I politely requested to speak to a manager, she ignored my request and walked away, and laughed with the other female team member with dark hair and lashes . This only added to my frustration.
I would, however, like to commend Joey, who stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism and care. He looked at the worm and voiced it may be a tendon but then it moved. So He went above and beyond to assist me, and I believe he exemplifies the qualities of a great leader. I strongly suggest considering him for a managerial position.
While Joey’s efforts were appreciated, I was unable to receive a refund for my order, which I find unacceptable given the circumstances. This experience has left me not only dissatisfied but also questioning the food safety protocols at this location.
I am requesting immediate action to address this issue, I am pregnant and this incident could possibly cause harm to my child. I’d like a full refund and assurance that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. Additionally, I urge you to review staff conduct and provide further training to ensure professionalism when handling customer concerns.
I look forward to hearing from you soon. You can reach me directly at . Thank you for your attention to this...
Read moreOrder it online one item ahead of time. Arrived to pick it up only to watch the person on the make table nearest to the drive-thru window handling food with gloves on and then coughing into her hand without changing gloves. Then I watched the same associate wipe her nose with gloves on, the same gloves, and then return to making food.
I was the only person in the dining room, so I stood up and asked her to remake my dish. This caught the attention of the manager who was standing at the cash register. I explained to her what I just watched, and the associate denied coughing into her hand but agreed she wiped her nose. I told them I wasn't looking for an argument only a safe meal and asked it to be remade. They remade my order, I left, I won't be back. I watched the manager operate for about 30 minutes like her feet were bolted to the floor she couldn't move all she could do was tell other people what to do while she stood there doing nothing. All the tables in the dining room were filthy and nobody could be bothered to clean them up. That's a red flag, the food safety's a red flag, and arguing about it is a red flag. Enjoy...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this Chipotle for a while, and there is one employee, that is slightly older, has glasses, freckles, and is a fellow POC, who is consistently rude every single time I’m here. Any time I ask for a side of dressing (which is a normal, free item) she acts irritated, rolls her eyes, or hands it to me without saying a word or even looking at me. It’s not a one-time thing. It happens every time she’s working.
My daughter asked nicely for an extra sauce once and this employee literally rolled her eyes at her before grabbing it. It’s just unnecessary attitude for no reason. I’m not asking for anything crazy just what’s already on the menu.
She’s rude, passive-aggressive, and clearly does not want to interact with customers. It gets to the point where seeing her behind the counter instantly kills the whole experience. I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m bothering someone for ordering food I’m paying for.
Management needs to deal with this, because one person shouldn’t be allowed to treat customers like that and drive people away from the location. She...
