Milestone Gems — Attraction in Longwood

I’ve been sitting on two watches that I’ve had now for well, over 20 years, and the clasp on both broke. So for many years, everywhere I’ve gone to take these two watches to get new clasps put on, they always end up calling me back and returning my watches to me telling me it’s impossible. Long story short, I was absolutely blown away that Milestone Gems not only being the only jewelry store that I could find in all of Central Florida that could handle this task; but just how quickly in which they got it done! They had these both back to me in 48 hours flat! With new batteries in both as well! Completely shined up on top of it and cleaned! This is a family owned small business in the City of Longwood. What a delight to walk into this 'sisterly' owned jewelry store! Rachel's and Chelsea's Milestone Gems had come highly recommended; they did not disappoint! In our lives of big box stores and customer 'no service', Milestone Gems is a breath of fresh air. Greeted immediately upon my arrival, Chelsea's smile was accompanied by her jeweler's expertise! She made recommendations for my broken prongs and missing diamonds while making sure that I understood the options every step of the way. I walked out of there with the knowledge that my wedding set was in the right hands. With a quick turnaround, I returned for my set. All I can say is gorgeous!
