You messaged us and a few minutes later, we replied even though we didn’t have to. We wanted to help since you’re a new person coming into the reptile community. Not only did we give you a reputable source, this source came to fulfill your needs within the same hour and DAY. Because we couldn’t help you ourselves, and you got the information you needed, you cut us off. We literally came back later that day to check up if everything worked out or not just to see you unfollow. It’s not about the follow, it’s about the disrespect of following us just to ask us for information the SECOND after, without even knowing who we are or supporting us first, and then unfollowing as SOON as you got what you needed. Super friendly, passionate, and incredibly knowledgeable—you can tell he genuinely cares about the animals and helping customers find the right fit for their experience level. The enclosures are clean and well-maintained, and the animals all look healthy and active. You can tell they’re well cared for.

From a business point of view - be careful working with this person. They will use you just for information, and once they get what they want, they’ll cut you off and burn that bridge when they know they can’t use you anymore. I don’t think that was a smart decision to do, especially being so new in this industry, but I guess that shows what type of person runs this shop and their motives. It has also come to my attention that they sold a frog and lied that it was captive bred, seems like they don’t know the true lineage of the animals since they’re just fast flipping for profit.
