My only complaint is that I wish there was more clarity online as to what "reduced height" meant. The only way I knew what it was referring to was a pic on Google maps but I never saw the height dimensions listed. And my first time renting storage, I didn't realize the difference between "unit" and "locker". I started the process online which was really easy then stopped by in person to see it before finishing the lease. Andrew is super chill and nice and showed me around and I signed everything right there. For someone who lives in an apartment and just needs extra space to store seasonal items and decor, these reduced height lockers are perfect, and at a fraction of the cost of "units" which typically start at $80 and go up no matter where you look. Overall a pretty good experience and I'm looking forward to decluttering....

Very positive vibes. After we finished we went into the office and there was a very unruly and incoherent customer shooting his mouth off, but the manager Andrew handled it very calmly and peacefully. It was impressive. I probably would have started yelling back, but he deescalated the situation masterfully. My friend left there knowing his stuff is safe there. If I ever need a storage, I'll know...
