The quality for the price is meh. While it is “sustainable” material it’s not comfy, minus the silk pieces. Be very weary of returning items as well. Even if it is within the policy timeline they can make executive decisions to not give you a refund if they claim it looks worn. In my case I tried it on a few times at home trying to make it work with different shoes etc but in the end it was a no go for me but after the return they sent the skirt back to me with no proof of damage of being worn. I am still in the process of trying to get a refund but will most likely have to go to my bank.
Additionally, when I first signed up to receive the first time discount code, I forgot to add the code to my $1200,00 purchase and they refused to give me the discount.
On top of all those annoying customer service grave mistakes they have no phone number to talk it through on the phone, I get they may not have the bandwidth to have a CS number but if you leave your number in an email, someone should call you back.
Do I think their pieces are cute yeah but are they great, nah and it is worth the arse pain if something goes wrong, nope. Find a different...

Once The Reformation gets you to pay them through their pious sustainability claims, they absolutely do not care about you. I politely asked for a resolution for an order issue and rather than resolving it they have blocked access to my account and are now ignoring my text messages.
