The quality for the price is meh. While it is “sustainable” material it’s not comfy, minus the silk pieces. Be very weary of returning items as well. Even if it is within the policy timeline they can make executive decisions to not give you a refund if they claim it looks worn. In my case I tried it on a few times at home trying to make it work with different shoes etc but in the end it was a no go for me but after the return they sent the skirt back to me with no proof of damage of being worn. I am still in the process of trying to get a refund but will most likely have to go to my bank.

Additionally, when I first signed up to receive the first time discount code, I forgot to add the code to my $1200,00 purchase and they refused to give me the discount.

On top of all those annoying customer service grave mistakes they have no phone number to talk it through on the phone, I get they may not have the bandwidth to have a CS number but if you leave your number in an email, someone should call you back.

Do I think their pieces are cute yeah but are they great, nah and it is worth the arse pain if something goes wrong, nope. Find a different...

The quality does not match the price point. I've had a linen dress and skirt both rip after only a couple wears! I also purchased a denim dress and the stitching was terrible. most recently, I purchased 3 pairs of jeans. I kept 1 and returned the other 2 separately. One of them was delayed because of the post office and they refused to refund my credit card because it was past the 30 day mark, even though I had dropped off the package within 30 days. Needless to say, I'll be taking my business to other stores with quality items and better...

This is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had as a frequent online shopper, which is really saying something. Once The Reformation gets you to pay them through their pious sustainability claims, they absolutely do not care about you. I politely asked for a resolution for an order issue and rather than resolving it they have blocked access to my account and are now ignoring my text messages. They are so rude it's as if the company is run by childish high school bullies. I want to help others...
