Ruiz Barber Shop — Attraction in Los Angeles

This barber shop is cool and I hate to do this, but all it takes is one person to mess it up for everyone else. This was far from a Minor mistake. The barber not only cut my neck felt like I was in scene from Sweeney Todd with a razor while he tried shaving my beard by not being patient and allowing the shaving cream to lather against the skin to soften aka basic shaving 101. The beard was not even lined up right at all. It was left all slanted on top of that. What sucks is that my haircut went from a comb over to a fade to fix another barbers mistake that even he clowned at and the sad part it was left Even worse. I Did the best I could to salvage it cause the front was from from aligned. One side was longer than the other. And the back come on now that’s just a joke. I don’t get how a professional at his trait can allow someone to walk out like that let alone charge them. I felt the kid was probably on a good one or something but his trait and license should be questioned... at this point I don’t even want to go in to have him fix it i rather just shave it myself or have better luck with Stevie wonder cutting. Let me start by saying I’m a satisfied customer and this is why. After 7 years of not going to a barber and being skeptical about the barber not giving the cut I want. I found my barber. Came in as I walk- in and was directed to Brian immediately to get my hair cut/ beard trim. Location is hood. Place itself is hood. But man these dudes cut some good hair. From what I've seen most of them deal with appointments, but 2 of them deal with walk ins (myself included).
