This is a diamond in the rough. Although it's open and expansive, it feels a bit private still and has tons of parking, is almost a mile all the way around, has wide walking paths, gorgeous architecture, fresh air, other local attractions VERY close by, and the sound of rushing water is very calming. Everything worked, including the clock and drinking fountain. I didn’t notice any graffiti. Only 4 stars because there wasn’t a bathroom or...
