I had to sit and wait and wait for one of the employees to acknowledge I was even there bc they both turned and looked right at me as I entered the restaurant! The woman even carried a bunch of dishes right past me several times, stopped to get a drink from her drink next to the register where I was sitting, and said," You need to place an order?" Even after I politely answered her, yes, ma'am, she still went on doing something else. Then several minutes later, as a few more people entered the restaurant, she FINALLY came and took my order! They were ironically out of everything I was ordering; well... almost the only thing she didn't tell me they were out of was hamburger meat! Then about 30 mins later, she finally brought me my order doesn't even offer me any silverware napkins or anything! So I proceeded to ask for those things and went on to check my food to make sure my order was prepared the way I asked for it to be done. and not to surprise it much wasn't and upon me describing the errors with my food she snatched the bag from my hand and slung it over in a middle place where the guy was cooking and put the papers back up on the sliding thing up top. As I closely watched what she was doing be abuse I observed how angry she was I witnessed her whipping the mayo off from the bread and placing my burger back together after adding the extra pickle and tomatoes as I requested. At this point, I was just fed up and felt like it would just be pointless to even say anything because it was clear she didn't care one bit about her job; as a matter of fact, she hated her position. I don't even think her and the older gentleman who was cooking Eben communicate not even one time. The restaurant was dirty dishes and trash from one end to the other there wasn't anywhere clean for new customers to come in and be waited on. In fact, I also witnessed two separate parties come to dine in, and because there wasn't anywhere clean ready for them to sit and place or to eat in, they turned around and walked out so I think it would be safe to say you might wanna consider getting some new employees, especially on the night early morning shift or I'm almost certain your funds for business will certainly.I will probably be taking a slightly severe decline in sales because if I ever return and see that lady or guy can't tell the sex. I will not stay, and I will tell everyone I know about my experience. as well. Hopefully, this situation will be taken a close look at for business she! Because this is not burger boy/girl...

5/5 Stars
From the first bite to the last, my experience at The Burger Girl Diner surpassed expectations, marking an unforgettable late-night culinary adventure.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with excellent service - warm, welcoming, and prompt. The team at The Burger Girl Diner not only has a passion for service, but also a clear commitment to creating an environment where every guest feels cherished and attended to, even at 3 AM!
The highlight of our late dinner was, of course, the food. The burger - a melody of tastes harmonized into a single, sumptuous ensemble - was a feast for the senses. Cooked to perfection, the beef patty was brimming with rich, savoury flavour. Fresh, crisp vegetables provided a delightful contrast, ensuring every bite was as satisfying as the last.
Not to be outdone, the fries offered a captivating twist to the traditional. The blend of sweetness and what I suspected to be hints of rosemary and thyme, added an unusual, yet incredibly pleasing, depth of flavour. This isn't your run-of-the-mill side dish; it's a culinary experience in its own right.
The icing on the cake, both metaphorically and literally, were the take-away desserts. The chocolate and carrot cakes were heavenly, worth every accolade, and absolutely to die for. A bite into either of them sent us straight to dessert nirvana.
Convenience also played a significant role in our delightful experience. Open 24/7, The Burger Girl Diner caters to night owls, early birds, and everyone in between, offering a gastronomic haven at any hour.
I wholeheartedly recommend The Burger Girl Diner to any food lover. Whether you're searching for a late-night bite or craving an indulgent treat, this place delivers on all fronts. I eagerly look forward to my next visit, knowing it'll once again be a memorable...
Read moreFirst, I love having a 24/7 diner located so close to home and was happy to finally give it a shot. The menu offered enough variety without being too big. Basic breakfast selections offered all day and night with burgers and sandwiches, and expected sides.
While the food was tasty, there were still issue to note which I hope to see cleaned up as they go along. The chili cheese fries where more nacho cheese suace than fries- we found ourselves digging through the mass to find the hidden gems. Next I ordered a Ruben which ended up being chopped up hamburger with thousand island dressing - not at all what I was thinking about but it tasted good.
The server was nice but very confused about the menu and food. Again I am attributing this to the newness of the place.
I definitely will give it a second try and hope to see the little flaws go away
**Update: after my third visit, I am dropped my star rating from 3 to 1.
I wanted to like this place, especially since it walking distance from my house. But the food and service has consistently left us wanting.
First service: slow, inconsistent, and little to no understanding of the menu. I gave the a pass the first time because it was new. But after months I expect the staff to know the menu and be able to bring water before we are halfway done eating.
Now food: we've found it inconsistent, not to order, and each time we've been there we've had one order just wrong. Food tends to be over cooked or under cooked and items tend to be added at random- melted slices of Swiss cheese was added to the top of my corn beef hash thought it's not listed on the menu. I'd even be good with it if it added to the taste.
Bottom line, there are better places to eat, even if it...
