**Edit(2021): during this pandemic, I visited this location and I couldn't help noticing the people who handle the food are coughing. I asked an employee about that and he told me that the supervisors are oblivious and they do not care for public safety. I was also told that they rush the employees, jam pack them shoulder to shoulder while rushing them on the lines for hours on end next to people who obviously are sick. Those same sick individuals are the ones who prepare and package foods in a dirty environment. If you want to talk to these employees, they usually visit the Angie's bar down the road....

Very disappointed in this company. I hate to use the phrase "shady practices," but what would you call using dishonest communication with a public school to avoid keeping your word? Their customer service reps will tell you one thing on the phone, then ignore you for months, then turn around and have their legal team tell you something entirely different. Whichever Canteen Vending branch services the northen MD area needs to review their training on company policies and procedures so that the other public schools (and any other establishments looking for a vending machine company) in the area are not at risk of being taken advantage of. Disappointed in the quality of food at vendor locations compared to price. Charging almost the cost of a restaurant dinner for a relatively small chicken ceasar wrap, cup of canned soup and a water. The caesar wrap didnt have any lettuce, it was a green wrap inside the standard tan flour wrap with cut up gristle loaded chicken. So basically it was doughy dry "Chicken".Very disappointing, especially for their high prices.
