There are several problems with this experience. They all stem from the greed (and maybe stupidity) of the management. I won't be coming back.
First, the waiting lines are unacceptable. A two hour ticket gets you 3-4 runs down the mountain. There are three slopes. They only had one slope open. The result is long, long lines. You will wait for about 30 minutes per run down the mountain. This is pure greed on the part of the park.
There is no snow on path from the bottom of the mountain to the "magic carpet." It's just a dirt path. The snow tubes are also found in the same dirt. The result? Dirty snow tube's. Dirty snow. And you, the customer, needlessly get dirty too. Again, this is just greed on the part of the management.
This bad review is not a reflection on the staff. The staff is actually good. They are friendly and attentive. They are all polite and welcoming. I'm sure they hear complaints all day, so their positive attitude is that much more...
Read moreDisappointed on our second tubing trip here at blue mountain. Such long lines and only 1 hill was open. We were only able to go down 3 times in our 2 hour slot. It was not worth the 2.5 hour drive we had to get here. Our first tubing trip was much better as it was not crowded. With the amount of people out there tonight they should have had more hills open. I come to blue mountain solely as my ski mountain for the past 15 years. I was looking forward to starting tubing with my small children as a tradition, but I will skip it...
Read moreI imagined a family outing for two hours of fun on a fast-paced white wonderland. Instead, it was standing in long lines to ride a dirty diaper. We reserved tickets weeks ahead of time to go in late December; BM was sold out. The tickets were good for 2 hours; a single slide took an hour in line. They should have shut down and returned our $240 for 6 people. Average price per ride: $20. Sad. See pictures. Extra star for outdoor...
