Really wish we site said they had changed there indoor play ground is no longer there only a bounce house in its place and they do charge for kids under two now... update your rude response to me saying that I just wish it was posted on your website which it was not and still is not. I do follow you on social media but do not stalk the site to see your everyday changes. I have always talked very highly of this place as I've been coming to since I was a child. I was merely stating that y'all have nothing on your website about the play place not being there or any changes that are being made to your place. all your pictures show the play place there and no I've never been charged for my two year old me and many mothers have talked about how great it was that y'all don't charge for children under two because there's not much for them to do there. But in your response to my review all that needed to be said in that was I am sorry you missed our updates about our Play place changing. And I had no problem paying for my 2-year-old because she did get to jump in the bounce place..and I just figured something had happened and y'all needed to remove it. Because it was getting old and could see where maintenance on it would be difficult but now with that response and you're up in a prices to the point of outpricing yourself for many of the local families I barely get to take my kids but do understand upkeep takes money. but maybe a few more discounts and specials we could enjoy your place more often too maybe if you responded on your website as fast as you respond on your reviews you wouldn't have gotten the review you got and obviously wasn't happy about we have been back and love the new play place hopefully to many more fun years of coming here...new up date just did my kids birthday parties there it was little pricey but because we did the two kids parties together so was totally worth it.. and kids will definitely be wanting to doing it again here. And wanted to say the girl we got for our party host was awesome went above and beyond to make sure we were happy Plus did little things with the kids that just made it...
Read moreI took my son here for his birthday. I had not been to funquest since I was a child myself and was really excited to bring him thinking back on all the fun I used to have, but I was very disappointed. The first thing I noticed was, nobody was wearing masks in the skating ring and there were several older children (atleast 10 or so) skating around the building (arcade and play area) with no mask. There were atleast 60-70 people in the building, not counting the birthday party going on in the back, and people were not social distancing! I asked an employee about the mask policy and was told they did not have to wear masks while skating. That was very disappointing to hear, and its definitely not a good approach to "stop the spread". My son has never skated either, and you have to pay extra to use the PVC skating aides they have. So instead of skating, and since I've spent all this money to get us into this place, we went to the arcade. Then was hit with disappointment again when I realized the ticket/prize system is different. We had 562 tickets and that equaled $5.62 towards our purchase. When I was younger, it was 10 tickets for this toy, 50 tickets for that one, 1 or 2 tickets for gum/candy pieces, etc. Its a complete rip off now!! Before we left we went to the cafe. My son wanted one of the yard cups. I asked for one and was told by the employee that the frozen drink machine was broken and she couldn't sell it to me with soda in it. The soda is cheaper!!! So I went to the manager and explained that I'm willing to pay the frozen drink price for the cup filled with soda. She then went to the cafe area and told the employee she could sell it to me. My fiance ordered a small coffee, which was OVER $2!! I understand its not 10 years ago, but I think you need to reconsider some of your policies and prices. I'm not sure I will be returning if things stay the way they are. I was very disappointed and minutes after entering the building I regretted even giving this...
Read moreMy kids love skating and we used to go here a lot but every time we go there are other kids being really dangerous in the skating rink and nobody is doing anything about it the kids aren't going in a circle they're riding straight across to go over to where their parents are sitting at constantly and causing other people to fall down and run into them and I never saw anybody do anything about it. When we go on school night where we get tickets through my son's school it takes forever to get pizza every time we go up and get in line there is no pizza and then by the time they announce the pizza is ready and we go get in line and get up to the front there is no pizza left. When we finally do get pizza it's always burnt on the bottom. Literally every time we go there the pizza is burnt on the bottom. They only give you one slice of pizza at a time and when I take three hungry boys I end up getting in line over and over again so it takes forever just to get two slices of pizza for my kids. We've been going to Putt-Putt instead. When you guys have school night you need to make extra Pizza you know you're going to go through it quickly and whatever is wrong with your oven that's burning every Pizza you need to get that fixed. The people who are working the food counter need to be able to move quickly and should know to keep Pizza going on school night. If you allow people to get more than one slice of pizza at a time you won't constantly have a line at your counter and it really sucks to go through all of that just to get some...
