This trail was really fun. It was not a flat or even path, there were many places where you need to pay attention to your foot placement to avoid serious injury. We went in a group, kids ages 3-14 were able to tackle the trail with little difficulty. If you're unsteady, I highly recommend a walking stick. There is a creek part way into the trail and it's a nice spot for kids to play and cool off. There were also a couple of caves to check out, some harder to get to than others. Bring a flashlight to go deeper into the caves! Parking at the trail head can fit 5-6 vehicles. With the leaves mainly gone and weeds no longer thriving, you are able to see more of the rock formations and lay out of the ground. I consider the trail a moderate hike. A lot of uneven ground walking on large rock. You go around the bottom of the bluff and then up to the top using the stairs.
