I pop in at least once a month for my solitary witch needs...the staff and owner is incredibly informative and friendly...he made it possible for me to afford a special piece of labradorite (that took at least a half hour of him holding up chunk after chunk to assuage my indecision). He even stayed open a few minutes late so I would have enough time to make the trip from Carbondale after my classes! Their prices are very reasonable and if the owner thinks you will get a better deal elsewhere..he will encourage you to try another shop..

Went to check out the store for the first time and was impressed with the broad and unique selection from crystals to incense and everything in between. It was also very clear the shop operators in that block are like a small family. I instantly felt a friendly, community vibe. When I was leaving I noticed I had a flat tire. Two of the shop operators came out to help me put on a spare. I was so relieved to have help, and save the money of calling a professional when one really was not needed. Hands down the best rock/gem shop in the state. We visited twice on a trip to southern Illinois. The selection is awesome and the staff are amazing. We return every few years because the selection is constantly changing. The guys that work in the shop are patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended store. Good vibes and great items for sale.
