Broad Beach — Attraction in Malibu

Not far from Zuma, this is a semi private beach, which means that even though the public has access to it, some locals think they own it. But during the summer, it is so busy that they won't bother you (them or their fake security for hire). Technically dogs are not allowed on the beach, even though you may seem a few, but the sheriff makes frequent appearances on this beach, so I wouldn't risk it.
