Midway Lanes Club & Trophy — Attraction in Mandan

Was trying to purchase alcohol for myself and a group of friends. All of age of course. BUT I have tribal id which is not allowed per "state laws" the women said. Which is fine, I had no problems with it. I had only asked why because no other liquor stores had denied my id, and I had no idea they didn't take tribal identification so I wanted to know why. So if it's state law .. then.. why hasn't anyone else denied my Tribal ID here in Bismarck/Mandan. I just nodded and continued to walk out, she kept yelling as I walked out the door, for what I have no clue. She then sends the coworker to constantly watch us while were playing our game. After our game, we were walking to our vehicle and the same coworker was outside smoking a cigarette, staring at me and my friends until we got into our vehicle. I know that because we stared right back at her, eye to eye with no words said. It was clear they had something against us, obviously. None the less, we had a great time, the men at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Just wanting to warn future natives out there who like to bowl, which...

My rating goes for the KingPin Lounge. The bartending I had yesterday was very rude and bad customer service. I asked for her to make me a “scooby snack cocktail” and she stopped slapped her hands down by her things and sighed “yeah” then was looking at my husband and said “anything else” in the rudest way. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. I went to the bathroom and my husband said the bartender was complaining to her coworker about having to make my scooby snack. What’s so hard about it? It’s a choice to be rude & a choice if you want to be at work, no one is making them be there! I suggest changing your bartenders because we love going to this bar but the bartenders are so RUDE! The next two customers that are white so got a “hello how are you today” but me and my husband never got a hello or anything. I will never be coming back...

𝚆𝚎 𝚑𝚊𝚟𝚎 𝚋𝚘𝚠𝚕𝚎𝚍 here 3 times in the past 2 months giving them the benefit of the doubt but we have bowled on 3 seperate lanes and had the same issues! For a business that charges $30/hour or $5.50/game with $3.75/shoe rental should be able to keep their machines in working order. At the least shut down non-working lanes so people don't get stuck with busted lanes. Bismarck/Mandan/Lincoln needs another bowling alley to put this business...
