Had to wait and wait....wasn't done by the time I had my appointment at 2pm but Adam took me to my appointment so I wouldn't miss it, when I was done at my appointment, Adam gave me a ride to Schwan where he works to get my new 2025 Enclave Sport Touring ST. I am soo grateful to Adam because he took me to my appointment so I didn't miss it, thank you Adam! He also went over all the gadgets and buttons with me to show how it works, but he was always nice, polite and gentleman to me, thank you again Adam for your time!

I like GMC but they don't make fast car's, I love mopars and they had a sweet deal on this 2018 Dodge charger scat pack. 2857 Miles fully loaded. Only paid 35 Grand for it was a steal of a deal. I will return any day of the week here awesome guys. They aren't like other car dealers that try to scan you into something that isn't fit for you they will help you out in something that suits you.

Hands down the best dealership car buying experience I have ever had. I found the truck I wanted two states away and made a phone call, Ray Heck was my salesman and super helpful. My wife and I took a flight to Bismark ND and were picked uupby Ray, we were in the dealership for less than an hour and on the road back home.

Hands down the best dealership car buying experience I have ever had. I found the truck I wanted two states away and made a phone call, Ray Heck was my salesman and super helpful. My wife and I took a flight to Bismark ND and were picked uupby Ray, we were in the dealership for less than an hour and on the road back home.

My response to your response Marshall. Hi Marshall, This in regards to the 2011 Tahoe we purchased from your store and also your reply to our review on google. I will start by saying that Tim Miller is a great salesman and treated us greatly, though the other service we have received from your store has not been so great. When we purchased this vehicle we were offered the extended warranty and yes we did turn it down due to the vehicle being in good looking condition. We did specifically ask Tim if everything had been tested on the dvd system and he said yes. We also asked Tim if we find something wrong with in the next 30 days what are you going to do for us, his reply was that you guys would take care of us. We then signed the papers and took the vehicle home(Bismarck) on march 11th. The vehicle then sat in our drive way for 3 days till I had time to take it to a shop I trust. By no means am I expecting you to have pitty but my wife and I just had our first child on February 28th so this is part of the reason I didn't have time to take it to get inspected right away. On march 14th, with less than 20 miles on it since our purchase, I found the dvd remote to not be working and we took it to a certified shop where they had inspected it and found both rear air bags to be leaking, not blown to the point where they didn't hold air, but as they were filling he could grab the bags and squeeze the air out of them. After a few minutes of the vehicle being shut off they would be flat. I called Tim as soon as I got word of this, informed him of what I was told, and he scheduled us an appointment for you guys to have it looked at. I asked what you guys were going to do for us and Tim reassured me that you guys were going to take care of us. On Monday march 18th is when it was brought in for you guys to look at it. I received a call from service saying they found both rear air bags leaking and the dvd remote was not working. The cost was going to be $1400, you guys would cover $500 and the dvd remote and we were suppose to cover the rest. How is this taking care of us!? So I was frustrated and told Tim this is not taking care of us and you guys need to rethink the offer. He then called and told me the manager Todd said the best that you guys can do is pay for half, $700 for you guys and $700 for us. Again, how is this taking care of us!? Todd admitted it could have been missed during an inspection. He told me if I would’ve had it inspected the day we bought it they would’ve covered the cost. He told me the repairs that you guys performed before we purchased it, that doesn't mean that the air bags were looked at. Just because the compressor code went away and the compressor was running does not mean the air bags were looked at for leaks or to see if they held air after the vehicle is shut off. I am a mechanic, I have been a mechanic for a number of years. I've even worked for dealerships so I know how the games are played. I understand these parts. I understand things get missed during inspections. I understand sometimes parts break over night, the way that this part is broke is very unlikely that it broke over night, even the mechanic at the certified shop that inspected it agrees with that. The point that you guys are beating around the bush to take care of us is the part that frustrates me the most. I guarantee you that the less than 20 miles my wife and I put on this vehicle did not make those air bags leak. Its not like we drove to Fargo and back and bounced the suspension a bunch, we literally drove it home and drove it to shop for inspection. They were leaking when it sat on your lot and it was either caught and ignored or it was simply missed. The sad part is that you guys are willing to sacrifice another $700 for bad recommendation, negative reviews, and unhappy customers. Which I will say negative is usually remembered and more effective than positive. Until you guys decide to truly take care of us and take responsibility for this situation, we will never recommend you and we will never do business with...

We purchased a 2011 Tahoe on March 11th from Schwan Buick in Mandan. We were excited as we loaded our almost 2 week old in the back after doing a trade in and purchasing. The sale was easy and the salesman easy to work with. We did decide to have it looked over because it had over 97,000 miles on it and to be honest the interior wasn't the cleanest, so we needed some peace of mind. Another shop in town told us we had 2 leaking rear suspension air bags. We called our salesman, who told us repeatedly that no there isn’t warranty but if you guys have something come up in the next 30 days, I'll take care of you. We took it in today, March 18th and that is where the quality service ends. Not only did they not catch this on their 172 point inspection as a "certified pre-own dealer," as it states on their webpage, but now we are expected to pay $700 out of pocket to have it fixed. People we haven't even had it a week. I don’t think we have even driven it 40 miles. Our replacement remotes haven't even come in the mail yet! Their service department should've caught this before it hit the lot, but they didn't and now are passing the responsibility on to the customer. What a terrible thing to do. I do not recommend anyone to look at a vehicle there as they obviously can't do the right thing and make it right. Also, the DVD player remote isn't working which we found out about after the purchase as well, but that is the least of our concerns. "First world problems"

Update. They are replacing the dvd remote free of charge simply because the sales man specifically told us everything worked with the dvd system and supplying us with an extra key fob but still nothing with the suspension.

Regarding your manager going over the report, that is bull. He called and said they “found” it. And still could not confirm that they had or hadn’t checked it. I don’t know what Todd told you Marshall, but I listened to the conversation as he was having it with my husband. Again you “working with us” you are going to charge us $1400, which you expect us to still cover half. A shop in town, who does not sell vehicles and does this work on a daily basis is getting certified GM parts and is doing it for $800. If that doesn’t tell you everything you need to know about your service and pricing, that a third party is extremely lower priced than the dealership that sold the vehicle. Just terrible. Also the fact that you are willing to keep your word on the remotes but not the suspension is as very HYPOCRITICAL!...

I have been disappointed with this buy since the minute they dropped it off. I seen the nice size chunk of paint missing from the driver-rear door. Wasn't informed about that. Even the courtesy driver told me not to worry about the clunking and rattling and that it was a easy fix. Which it wasn't. The FICM was chewed through by mice before I received it. That was a $977.13 part. I didn't receive a temp tags, which led to me getting pulled over in my own town and didn't help that nearly ever lightbulb was burnt out. I didn't notice the AC problem until it was warm out, and come to find out the head unit was out and the refrigerant was out. I wasn't aware the speakers where out because of the other problems I was fixing. Thankfully I am a mechanic and able to fix most of the problems. Until I was able to get a permit from my county and drive it on the roads, I felt the wheel shake non stop. Took it to the nearest tire shop and sure enough Every tire had broken belts which leads to uneven wear and a very unsafe and uncomfortable ride. Not to mention the oil leak I have with it. I haven't even driven it 200 miles yet. If I would have known about these pre existing problems, I wouldn't have bought it at the price I did or probably not at all. This had to been owned by someone that took very poor care of their vehicles. Spoke with the sales manager Todd and the GM of the store and was told they will reimburse me for some of the expenses. Now when I call, it will just ring and ring and same thing with the email. They guys are a disgrace to GM products and shouldn't even have a dealer license for how they treat 100% disabled veterans, especially when my father is the GM of a few GM dealers in the city and a huge gross producer for the product.
