I had never been skydiving, but was together with a group of friends for a bachelor party and this was the first activity on the schedule. I'd always been interested in skydiving, but never got around to going. I'm so my friends wanted to go as it gave me a reason to try it and to go out of my comfort zone. The instructors were great. They were very professional and knowledgable. They walked us through every step to make us feel confident and safe. The plane ride up was a blast. Once we got up to altitude ( about 10,000 feet above ground level ), we dove out of the plane and the free fall experience was a rush. Freefall was for about 30-40 seconds. The parachute deployed and then we were able to enjoy the scenery for around 4-5 minutes while we floated toward the ground. The landing was perfect and I couldn't have had a better experience. Skydiving was an absolute blast and I would go again in a heartbeat. I would definitely recommend DZONE out...

Booked a reservation for 2 people to tandem jump a month in advance. The weather was beautiful at 2pm for the scheduled jump. They loaded the plane with solo jumpers twice and everything went well without incident or complaints of the wind. The weather got even better as the afternoon went well past the scheduled time, then we are told last second that there are no tandem jumps because of the wind. They have you reserve spots on the plane, but there were 15 people waiting for tandem jumps? Very unprofessional operation at Dzone 3 Forks MT location(not Bozeman ) Charged $80.00 per person non-refundable for services not rendered. If the wind outside is greater than the fart of a Nat, don't waste your time or money making the drive to Three Forks MT airport for disappointment. I mean the opportunity to watch a bunch of others have fun, while they tell you "winds a...

Today was a TERRBIBLE experience. Seriously the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Michele, the lady at the front desk, has absolutely no business being in customer service at all. I have worked as a server my whole life, and I have never experienced anyone so rude before. I approached her very respectfully as she treated the group before me terribly, but chalked it up to the group being difficult with her. She was so rude to us I couldn’t even believe it, ruined any and all excitement my group had to skydive I wanted to cry and leave.

after hours of waiting we were told the weather was too bad to fly (which we understood) but Michele then said “Good luck getting you’re money back, it’s slim to no chance you get a refund.”

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. MY FAMILY HAD A...

Had a phenomenal time jumping at DZone Skydiving- Bozeman on a recent trip to Montana. The lush green landscape with its majestic mountain views in the backdrop below the cerulean sky are stunning. It makes for a memorable ride up to altitude. Kyle, Rachel and their fantastic skydiving staff- as well as fun jumpers made me feel so welcome. It was my first time jumping at a higher altitude compared to that of my home drop zone in Dallas and I received helpful insight and tips to adjust for a speedier and successful landing. Whether you’re signing up for a tandem or you’re a licensed fun jumper, it’s a wonderful drop zone! Can’t wait to come visit, again. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to Dzone Bozeman twice now and it gets better every time! The instructors were great and made you feel so safe and secure. As soon as you get to the bottom, it’s an immediate sense of withdrawals. There is seriously no better adrenaline rush than to jump out of a plane. Love these guys and the service they offer and their LOVE FOR FEELING THE FREEDOM!
