We needed to find a campground in the area to pick up someone at the Bozeman Yellowstone Airport and found this campground available. It's a somewhat unconventional campground since it surrounds a grocery store and you check-in in the store. They have made nice long level sites all with full hookups. The staff here are really nice. Bathrooms are new and very nice but I would prefer a little larger shower and one with a private changing area. There are 2 showers and the changing area is out in the open with the rest of the restroom.

They allow dogs, but they are not dog friendly. They do not allow the dogs to go on the grass, you have to walk them off the property. The sites are gravel, but they do have some grass. There are only 2 toilets and 2 showers. There is no private area for a dry room for the showers, the bench is out in the room, however you can technically lock the door to the entire bathroom if you needed to. If you have pets, or you aren't there for the competitions at the fairgrounds that is right behind the campsite, I wouldn't recommend it.

Definitely NOT a dog friendly park. We paid a $25 pet fee for our dog to exist in the park. Camp host made it VERY clear there is no place to walk the dog ESPECIALLY on the grass. Luckily there's rodeo grounds across the street and a very nice, long bike/walking path next to it. At $80/night, it's the most expensive park we've stayed at and not worth it. Gravel sites with grass between. Be aware that the sprinklers come on at night so don't leave your chairs out.

Clean. Rude owner. Watches everything you do. Concerned me how much he watches. Cameras everywhere! Not pet friendly or family friendly. Dogs must stay off grass. No place for kids to play. Don’t move tables. Charges 5.00 per day for pet and 10.00 per day per child. Many residents state both Rick and Val are rude and just in it for $$$. Never stay again.

In regards to the response to the owners comment about original reservation made- I made two reservations, one for us and one for daughter’s family. Mine: 2 adults and 1 small dog, towing a med pu behind 2020 motorhome with 4 slides. For daughter it was made for 2 adults, 3 children, ages 15, 10 and 3 and possibly 1 dog. NOT 2. As it turned out 1 extra 15 yr old came and the 1 dog!! Towing a 2017 5th wheel. When checked it no questions were asked or verified by Polly. Following day Rick Lamb was seen sitting and watching us as we were playing cards outside. Then came over and said too many people here. Daughter’s father-in-law had stopped by to say hi before heading back home. Rick was extremely rude and said he would verify reservation. He arrived back and stated daughter owed additional 75.00 dollars for 2 - 15 yr olds and a dog. He then said he would only charge 45.00. After asking why reservations are not verified at check in and told us he is the boss and owner he left. Came back later with wife Val and after both being rude and reminding us he is the owner and in charge and because he can do what he wants, I pd the 45.00 cash which he put in pocket after I told him he owed me $5.00 change which he gave me. (I was able to get a receipt from him the following day)

We discussed leaving , but he would not refund us anything if we left.

The following day he parked his truck and sat and watched us again. Really creepy. Apparently has nothing else to do.

Meagan and Polly were both very nice. Park convenient, clean, but definitely did not feel welcome. Was at restaurant and at Family Dollar and heard from townspeople that many folks do not care for Rick and Val. Shop at store only because it is convenient. Unfortunately I and others will no longer be staying at park or shopping at store. Use to come frequently to Three Forks as have friends there. Rick spoiled it for us! Remember if you have children and pets you will...

One Star – Would Give Zero if Possible We stayed here during a sports tournament and had a very unpleasant experience. This RV park is not family-friendly — children and pets are treated more like hidden fees than welcomed guests. My mother made a reservation for our family, and during check-in, we were never asked about pets or the number of children. One staff member even saw our dog and said nothing.

The next day, the owner, Rick Lamb, watched our campsite for a while before approaching us to ask how many people we had. After answering honestly, he informed us we owed an extra $45 for our four children and one dog. When I mentioned that no one asked these questions during check-in, Rick refused to take any responsibility and snapped, “You are wrong!” He was dismissive and condescending, saying things like “Is your calculator not computing?” and “I’m the owner and I make the rules.”

Later, Rick and his wife, Valerie, came to our site to “clear things up,” but were just as rude. Valerie even told me, “You don’t need to cause problems.” We paid the $45 just to be done with the conflict — Rick casually put it in his wallet.

On checkout day, Rick sat in his truck watching our family pack. After we left, he immediately walked our site, presumably to check for rule violations. We accidentally left our water filter connected to the spigot. When I returned to retrieve it, Rick saw me and deliberately avoided me, walking back into the building. I had to call the store and speak to Megan, who later said he left the filter on a table — refusing to speak to me directly.

The entire experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and frankly, unwelcoming. We will never stay here again, and we won’t support the Three Forks Market. Others we’ve spoken to have had similar issues. Rick and Valerie Lamb seem more interested in enforcing arbitrary rules than treating their guests...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this RV campground was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. The biggest issue here is not the condition of the park, but the attitude and behavior of the owners. They are some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered in my 4 years of RV living.

From check-in, it was obvious that guests are treated as an inconvenience rather than paying customers. We were even warned by neighbors that they are quick to throw people out of the park with no warning.

For the price they charge, you would expect at least a welcoming environment — but what you get here is the opposite. VERY OVERPRICED.

When issues were brought up, the owners became defensive and combative instead of addressing them. This campground operates with zero accountability, zero customer service, and zero respect for travelers. RV parks should be about community and hospitality, but this place feels hostile and unwelcoming at every turn.

In my many years of RV travel, this is by far the worst experience I’ve had with campground management. There are so many other parks where your business will actually be appreciated and where you’ll be treated with kindness and professionalism. I strongly urge anyone considering this place to take your money elsewhere. You will thank yourself later.

Ps- NOT FAMILY OR DOG FRIENDLY

I would say overnight stays are fine because the park is in good condition and three forks is such a lovely little town, but I do not encourage anyone supporting these terrible people.

PS you will be watched all the time!! Please read the negative reviews of this place- they...
