It changed a lot in the last 10 yrs. I've always liked north lake but I moved to the south side of Mansfield and my kids are grown so I don't go there anymore. I went last week with my great niece and it was really nice. But I only went to the playground area. Kinda limited though. Only equipment there now is for bigger, stronger individuals. Nothing for children, I didn't agree with that part. It seems it would bring in only older kids, like teenagers and adults. What about the children? We also need to build another Coliseum. After it burned down, they built another one then one day it was gone. They need to bring it back cuz my sister and I take our family's and skate every month, sometimes a few times a month. We have to drive all over to find a good place to go skating, its always half an hour...
Read moreI would probably give the North Lake Park\pond a raiting of 4 stars because of one reason. The fish in the outer area's of the pond seem to react to the bait that you are using kind of quick, but the fish that live on the shore line or close to the shore line seem to strike your bait faster then the fish that live in the outer area's of the pond witch is obvious because the fish in the outer area's will sometimes observe the bait and then they will decide to ether eat it or ignore it until further notice witch basically means when they see something different about the bait you are using. This is the reason why I'm only giving the duck pond witch is what me and my grandparents and I call it a 4...
